Why do you only offer a queen & king size flat sheet

It is rather common for customers to ask why we only sell two sizes of flat sheets. The answer is because it is unnecessary to sell Full or California King sized flat sheets.

When it comes to flat sheets, there just isn’t enough difference in the sizes to warrant carrying these varieties. Many linen manufacturers also feel the same way and here’s why.

A Full mattress is 54” in width while a Queen is 60” in width.

  • That amounts to a difference of 6” or 3” per side.

A similar approach rings true with a Cal-King which is 72” in width and a King, which measures at 78” in width (sometimes 76”).

  • That is merely a difference of 3” per side as well.

With the exception of fitted sheets, all of the other bedding items flat sheets, pillowcases, pillow shams are the same size between a King & Cal King or a Queen & Full.

Vero Linens carries the following extra deep pocket fitted sheets

  • Full
  • Queen
  • King
  • Cal-King
  • Split King (for the new split mattress)
