All orders over $100.00 are shipped FREE via UPS Ground in the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii, Expedited or International orders shipping services are calculated at checkout. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Unless waived by purchaser, a signature for delivery receipt is required. If you waive signature requirements, Vero Linens is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Most orders of "in stock" items are shipped within 2 business days. If an item is listed with a lead time, instead of "in stock", this lead time indicates the approximate amount of time (in business days) before your order will be shipped. Shipping transit time is in addition to the lead time listed.
When items are not in stock, we make every effort to be as accurate as possible with our lead time estimates, but please keep in mind that these are estimates based on current information. Sometimes items end up taking longer, in these situations we will keep you updated via email. Also, sometimes items come in early in which case we ship them out as soon as they are available.
Return & Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not pleased with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund on all merchandise within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been damaged. Vero Linens reserves the right to inspect and return items to you that are not acceptable for return. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us via email or phone and we will arrange to have the item picked up and the correct item sent out. If you prefer to return any item(s), please understand that you will be responsible for the return shipping expense. A copy of your packing slip or your name and order number must accompany returned items. Please retain a copy for your records. All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund. The full purchase price will be credited to the form of payment used for the original purchase. We recommend that you ship your return back to us via a method you can track as we will not be responsible for lost merchandise. Please keep your shipping record and/or receipt in case you need to track the return shipment.
